Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Political Science, Management or related filed.
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in HRD, or OD.
Excellent presentation and communication, initiative and problem solving to complete and meet the target.


Duties & Responsibilities

1.Develop organizational and people development strategies
2.Consult on people development in order to assure the leadership and capabilities
3.Manage effectively key business stakeholders
4.Assure the alignment between business requirement and organizational structure
5.Designing and identifying career path, Creating succession plan
6.Designing, aligning, and implement plan for increasing talent pipeline
7.Monitoring, review, and evaluating development plan and talent career
8.Other jobs related to talent management
